Brewing Course

Hops and malt, God preserve it! In the brewing course, you can prove that neither hops nor malt is lost on you. You will learn the high art of brewing beer, from mashing to lautering to boiling. The master brewer will fill you with interesting facts and stories about the topic of "beer" until your thirst for knowledge is satisfied. And while something is brewing nicely in the kettle, you can enjoy a house drink and a small snack for strength. Brew yourself smart and toast with the other participants to the German Beer Purity Law!
