Little Wing plays Ostbahn.

In April 2023, a year after everyone knew that the original would never be heard again, the band took the initiative to honor Willi and the Ostbahn music with a concert. The Alte Schl8hof in Wels was nearly sold out, and the evening was such a great success that LITTLE WING and the organizers decided to make it a tradition with an annual repetition.

However, this was by no means the first time the band played this program. Exactly 20 years earlier, in 2003, the year of Kurt Ostbahn's retirement, Willi Resetarits gave an unforgettable 3-hour concert together with LITTLE WING in the then more than sold-out Schl8hof. Subsequently, there were several mutual guest appearances.

And that is likely one of the reasons why it feels and sounds more than "authentic" when LITTLE WING plays Ostbahn.
