In the Light of the Flashlights – Nighttime Cathedral Tour

The mystique of the cathedral is particularly palpable in the evening hours.
Equipped only with flashlights, you will explore the crypt (Latin for "the hidden") in the lower church, as well as the attic and the inner and outer galleries, which can be accessed via a secret spiral staircase.
As part of this extraordinary tour, suitable for both young and old, you will also view Anton Gugg's masterpiece, the large "Bishop's Bell" (Immaculata, 8120 kg).
The highlight of this tour is the walk along the outer gallery (above the Rudgier portal) at about 30 meters high, offering a view of the evening skyline of Linz. Flashlights will be provided.
This tour takes place regularly without prior registration!
Please note: The number of participants is limited.
The meeting point for the tour is the DomCenter, located directly at the cathedral square.
