16th International Choir Competition and Festival Bad Ischl

From April 29 to May 2, 2026, every two years, Interkultur, the city of Bad Ischl, the state of Upper Austria, and Salzkammergut Touristik invite choirs from around the world and friends of choral music to a musical competition in Bad Ischl. A colorful bouquet of choral music awaits visitors. 14 different nations from around the world will send children's and youth choirs as well as mixed choirs. In addition to sacred choral music a cappella, there will be folklore, popular choral music, jazz, and chamber music on offer.
