Kesselheisse is available every Thursday morning! Fresh sausages straight from the kettle, personally picked up from the butcher. Then it's off to the dining room with the sausage, accompanied by mustard, fresh horseradish, a pastry, and a drink. If Thursday falls on a holiday, the fresh sausages will be sold on Wednesday.
