Baking Course "Macarons" Junior

This is the prerequisite for participating in the Macarons Junior Course, as the preparation of macarons is no child's play. Registration for participants under 16 years old is only allowed through parents or guardians! In the Junior Macarons Course, the focus is on making, coloring, and achieving perfect macaron shells. I will provide fillings for the macarons. All recipes can be found in the handout. Each participant will take home four differently filled macarons (approximately 20 pieces). (Please bring a container!). Only the highest quality ingredients will be used, some directly from France. Ingredients can be taken home after the course for cash payment. The price includes: handouts with all recipes and necessary information, all ingredients, and one macaron box. By paying the course fee, the course spot is secured, and participation is binding. A free cancellation is only possible within 14 days of registration (at least 6 weeks before the course begins). The course spot is transferable to another person. In the event of cancellation by the organizer, the paid course fee will be refunded 100%.
