Clara Luzia & The Quiet Version

The Viennese songwriter and multiple Amadeus Award winner has gradually moved away from seated concerts and those in decibel-sensitive environments with her regular band in recent years. However, since the demand for such performances has not decreased, there was only one solution: a new band is needed that will take on the quieter side of Clara's oeuvre.

Judith Ferstl on double bass, Catharina Priemer-Humpel on drums, Kaya Meller on trumpet, and Claudia Kottal on piano and vocals create a soundscape that is sometimes solid, sometimes fragile, where Clara Luzia feels at home. In addition to familiar and brand-new works from her own pen, there are a few covers on the setlist - and some of Clara's German-language songs finally find their place here as well.
