The cult Christmas movie Single Bells is coming to the stage!
The day before the Christmas holiday in Mauritius, Kati decides: "I want to get married... and: I want a child!" Her boyfriend is not on board, and she is annoyed because "that can't be a problem." But he stands his ground. Mauritius is off the table, and Kati quickly heads to her sister Luiserl to spend Christmas in the countryside with her and her family. But there's no sign of the longed-for tranquility...

"Where is he?" - Grandma can't find the marjoram, but she still manages Christmas on her own. "If only Papale could see this..." she dreams and assures: "I won't complain, I've never complained!"
Luiserl escapes from Grandma's "big, fat goose" into alcohol, and Lilibet treats herself to "two tiny little egg liqueurs." Hansi, the "man of the house," asks once again: "Are you decorating the stupid tree or not?" Torn between his wife, mother, and mother-in-law, he ultimately decides: "One humiliation follows another."
Sissy panics and confesses: "Lilibet, the rat is gone!" and Gregor demands: "Carp also have a right to life!"

In the end, the Christmas tree is on fire, and the rat is sitting in the manger. The normal family Christmas madness, right? They sing: "Don't mess around, the Christ Child is coming!"
