The full enjoyment for 30 years! Welcome to the Salzkammergut Farmers' Market! Every Friday* from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM in Ohlsdorf-Kleinreith, even on Good Friday. Step inside and enjoy our delicacies!

The Salzkammergut Farmers' Market represents the enjoyment and diversity of the Salzkammergut region. Since July 1988, 15 vendors have been offering agricultural products from the Salzkammergut. Our goal is to present consumers with fresh, natural, and flavorful products from the region. The market can be found in the warehouse hall in Ohlsdorf Kleinreith near Gmunden in the Salzkammergut.

Our products and delicacies: What is created by the hands of our farmers is hard to surpass in quality. The Salzkammergut Farmers' Market offers you regional delicacies from our farms. Freshness, proximity, animal-friendly husbandry, and the avoidance of preservatives are not just empty advertising slogans for us. *Except on holidays! Friday, August 15, 2025, market hall closed!

Travel Information: Here’s how to get to the Salzkammergut Farmers' Market in Kleinreith near Gmunden in the Traunsee-Almtal region: We recommend traveling by public transport! By train: Via Attnang-Puchheim station with the Salzkammergut Railway (line 170) to Gmunden station. Numerous connections from Attnang-Puchheim station to the main traffic trains on the Westbahn line (line 101) or via Gmunden to the Salzkammergut Railway towards Bad Ischl, Hallstatt, and Bad Aussee. Continue with the OÖVV bus lines 521 or 524.

With the Traunsee Tram (line 161) from Stern & Hafferl coming from Vorchdorf Eggenberg to the Gmunden Rathausplatz stop, transfer to the city bus line 511 to Gmunden Altmühl. About a 5-minute walk to the Salzkammergut Farmers' Market. Alternatively, you can also go to Gmunden station and continue with the OÖVV bus lines 521 or 524.

By bus: OÖVV bus lines 521 and 524, stop Kleinreith near Gmunden Gewerbepark, directly next to the Salzkammergut Farmers' Market. City bus line 511 to Gmunden Altmühl. About a 5-minute walk.

By bicycle: The Salzkammergut Farmers' Market is also very accessible by bicycle. From Gmunden Rathausplatz (connection to the Traunvierteltour or R4 Traunradweg and R2 Salzkammergutradweg) along the Traun to the Marienbrücke. Then towards the cemetery, after the cemetery turn right towards Ohlsdorfer Straße, follow the road until the bridge after GH Altmühl, after the bridge turn right into Bäckergasse, then take the first left into Kleinreith Straße - cross Ohlsdorfer Straße and you will reach your destination on the right. Coming from Ohlsdorf via Hochbaustraße and Thalhamstraße also to Kleinreithstraße, then turn right and follow the above description. Coming from Laakirchen on the R4 Traunradweg to Gschwandt until crossing the road (at Mayer Maschinenbau). There, turn right until the access to the sewage treatment plant, turn left and follow the path for about 500 meters. Then the bike path turns right and leads over the large Traun bridge to Gmunden, then right over the bridge and then right into Bäckergasse, then the first left into Kleinreith Straße - cross Ohlsdorfer Straße and you will reach your destination on the right.

By car:
Westautobahn A1: Vienna - Voralpenkreuz-A1 - Exit A1 Laakirchen West - via Laakirchen on B 144 towards Gmunden, at the roundabout towards Oberweis take B120 towards B145, over the large Traun bridge and take the first exit (Ohlsdorf-Kleinreith/Altmühl) after the bridge and turn right after about 200 meters into the warehouse.
Westautobahn A1: Munich - Salzburg - Exit A1 Regau - on B145 to Gmunden, before Gmunden onto B120 and take the second exit (Ohlsdorf-Kleinreith/Altmühl), at the next intersection turn left into Ohlsdorferstraße, over the bridge and after about 400 meters turn left into the access to the warehouse. Coming from Bad Ischl on B145 to the intersection with B120, turn right towards Laakirchen onto B120 and take the second exit (Ohlsdorf-Kleinreith/Altmühl), at the next intersection turn left into Ohlsdorferstraße, over the bridge and after about 400 meters turn left into the access to the warehouse.

Parking: There is a limited number of parking spaces directly at the market, but it is sufficient. Please only use the designated parking spaces and respect private property! Thank you for your fairness!
