KRAFTKLUB translates to "POWER CLUB" in English.

With their fifth studio album "Dying in Karl-Marx-City," Kraftklub will embark on a tour of the same name in 2026 through Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.

What initially was interpreted as a mysterious art project turned out to be a large-scale campaign by the Chemnitz band Kraftklub: One Monday at the end of May, a huge sign appeared in the Saxon city with the inscription "Dying in Karl-Marx-City," which initially posed a riddle. The countdown attached to the sign was set to reach its end on Wednesday evening at 9:15 PM – and then it happened: The band gave a spontaneous concert and premiered their brand-new single "Off-Key in Every Choir." They announced their fifth studio album "Dying in Karl-Marx-City" for November 28, 2025, as well as the tour of the same name for 2026.
