The renowned actor Axel Milberg will read a very personal selection of stories this evening, some of which have happened to him personally and others that have inspired him throughout his illustrious career as a theater and film actor: including the short story "The Beast" by Bertolt Brecht and the almost forgotten autobiography of the actor Alexander Granach, who came from the Galician province to Berlin to attend Max Reinhardt's acting school and later wrote his moving memories in exile in the USA. Accompanying him at the piano is Viktor Soos, performing works by Schumann, Ravel, and others.
