"Friedensadler" is the title of the new album by the Kastelruther Spatzen, and for good reason. Nature imagery, deep emotions, and religious values have always been deeply rooted in the Spatzen's music. Their love for their homeland and nature defines who they are and influences their songs. Therefore, titles celebrating the beauty of nature in and around Kastelruth are a must on any Spatzen album. A standout heartfelt homeland song is "Mein Südtirol." The song expresses sincere feelings of home using beautiful nature metaphors.
