The 13 teams of the multinational league will start the 2025/26 season in September, which will be conducted as a double round-robin format with 48 matches per team. As in the previous season, the top 6 teams after the regular season will also be directly qualified for the quarter-finals in the upcoming season.
The teams ranked seventh to tenth will compete in "pre-playoffs" (best-of-3) to determine the remaining two quarter-final participants. From the quarter-finals onward, all rounds will be played in a "best-of-7" format.
