Peter Pan is flying back to the Volksoper! The beloved ballet for the whole family is celebrating its revival and return to the stage. The loving and playful choreography by Vesna Orlic, based on J. M. Barrie's enchanting novel of the same name, transports young and old viewers into the world of the boy who never wants to grow up, allowing us to share in the adventures of Peter Pan, his lost boys and girls, Tinkerbell, and the Darling family children.
"Growing up is such a barbaric affair... full of inconveniences" – this is something Peter Pan's arch-nemesis, Captain Hook, already knew. So, come with us to Neverland and forget for a brief moment that, unfortunately, one must eventually leave childhood behind and grow older.
