The pre-release single "JELLO BIAFRA," named after the legendary Dead Kennedys frontman, unmistakably shows where the journey is headed: "Rent is not getting more expensive – rent is being made more expensive" – a sentence like a guillotine, from which no one can pull their head away. "JELLO BIAFRA" is not just a song. It is an acoustic pamphlet, a manifest blow to the sterile corridors of late-capitalist rental agreements.
