To celebrate the 38th anniversary of the legendary, Oscar-winning film, "Dirty Dancing in Concert" will return to Europe and North America in 2026 with a world tour through more than 100 cities. Global content market leader Lionsgate and GEA Live, in collaboration with Semmel Concerts, will present "Dirty Dancing in Concert" in April 2026 in Germany and Austria. Audiences can look forward to unforgettable moments and be enchanted by the romantic charm of the beloved classic! Nearly a quarter of a million tickets have already been sold for this captivating live film concert, whose multi-platinum soundtrack has shaped an entire generation. "Dirty Dancing in Concert" is a unique experience that brings the unforgettable love story of Baby and Johnny back to life. While the digitally remastered film plays on the big screen, a live band with multiple singers performs the hits in sync. Following the film, a fantastic aftershow party will take place, featuring a medley of the favorite songs from the movie—perfect for singing along and dancing. The audience will once again experience the most beautiful moments of the film, accompanied by the live music of the band.
