UNHEILIG with comeback single "Wunderschön"
New studio album LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER in March 2026
Major arena tour in autumn/winter 2026/2027

After nine long years, the Graf is finally returning with new music alongside his band UNHEILIG and has announced an extensive arena tour for autumn/winter 2026/2027. The comeback single "Wunderschön" will be released, accompanied by a music video and a live performance at the "Goldene Henne" award ceremony in Leipzig on September 12, 2026. A brand new studio album titled LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER will be released in March 2026.

"Wunderschön" is the first musical taste of the new album LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER, which fans have eagerly awaited since the Graf's comeback announcement in February. And they will not be disappointed! "Wunderschön" seamlessly connects musically to the great emotional songs and live moments that the Graf and UNHEILIG have played into the hearts of millions of fans during his unprecedented career, before the final curtain fell during a deeply moving concert at the Rhein-Energie-Stadion in Cologne on September 10, 2016. Exactly nine years later, on the same day, the curtain rises with the announcement of the new album, the major arena tour, and the release of the first single, marking a new chapter in the remarkable history of the Graf and UNHEILIG.

The Graf says about his new album and comeback single "Wunderschön":
"Like every UNHEILIG album, the new studio album LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER is a concept album. I had a lot of time over the past nine years to gather my inspiration and creative ideas and put them into music. These are the themes and facets of my life that I want to share with people. My thoughts, experiences, dreams, events, fears, and emotions. Music has always been my language, and for me, it works best through music. The album title seemed fitting to unite all that my new songs are about."

UNHEILIG has always been characterized by a very wide musical range. From metal to pop, rock and ballads to schlager and punk rock or alternative music and electro, everything can be found in UNHEILIG's musicality. We have performed at Wacken and Carmen Nebel; this apparent contrast is part of UNHEILIG's DNA and will remain so with LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER. Therefore, the album will feature a colorful mix of fast songs, harder tracks, ballads, mid-tempo songs, and even schlager-like titles. All of this is part of UNHEILIG.

"Wunderschön" is a song about friendship and connection. And the wonderful feeling and gift of embracing each other again after a long time apart. Sharing memories, feeling secure, looking to the future together, spending time together, feeling close to one another. I believe we all long for such moments and feelings. And we are happy when we experience them. After my farewell, I had those moments and that shared time. With my family, with friends, with people I hadn't seen in a long time. Now, I am incredibly excited to share these feelings and moments again with my fans, whom I have of course missed over the years. And with people who have become important to me over the years, but whom I haven't seen as often during my time as a private person. I simply had to capture this "Wunderschön" feeling in a song."

About UNHEILIG
It was THE news of the year. After the Graf said goodbye to the music stage and the public nine years ago, one of the most successful and beloved music artists of the last decades surprised everyone in February with the announcement of a "BACK AGAIN" tour and also with a glimpse of new music. Initially planned as six concerts, the high demand quickly turned it into 17 dates, for which over 140,000 tickets have been sold so far. The news of the comeback was met with enthusiastic reactions from fans and also attracted significant media interest. It became impressively clear how great the gap and emotional void were that the Graf and his band UNHEILIG had left since their farewell in 2016. A farewell at the peak of his career. With his successful album "Grosse Freiheit," the Graf and UNHEILIG have been listed for an impressive 159 weeks in the Top 100 of the official German album charts. On August 15, a special anniversary edition of the album was released—15 years after its initial release in 2010—which again placed in the Top 10 of the album charts. To this day, "Grosse Freiheit" has been awarded platinum nine times and is thus the most successful album by a German-speaking artist ever. The album has also achieved multiple platinum status in Austria and Switzerland, shaping an entire generation of fans. This was followed by sold-out tours and concerts in front of millions of people and numerous awards, including the Goldene Kamera, the Bambi, five Echos, winning the Bundesvision Song Contest for North Rhine-Westphalia, the Comet, the Music Authors Award, and the Suisse Music Award. He bravely and openly addresses his handicap as a stutterer, earning great respect in public with his approachable, open, and humble manner, but above all, he reaches the hearts and lives of millions of people who find themselves in his songs and personality. Until he decides in 2015, at the peak of his success, to withdraw from the hustle and bustle to spend more time with his family. For nine years, the Graf was solely a private person. He spent time with the people who are important to him and who had not received the time and attention he would have liked to give them for many years. He dedicated himself to a great passion: traveling across Europe in a camper van and taking time for beautiful places and encounters with people. Nevertheless, he never stopped writing songs. Capturing his experiences, emotions, and thoughts in his language: in music.

UNHEILIG will go on extensive tours in the coming months. The largely sold-out comeback concerts are scheduled for autumn and winter 2025/2026, which will continue in the summer with numerous open-air shows. In autumn/winter 2026/2027, a major arena tour will follow for the new album LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER, with stops in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
