19. Genuss Burgenland "The Fair for Food Lovers"

The Genuss Burgenland traditionally opens its doors on the first weekend of November. Come and taste the best delicacies served on over 4,000 m² of exhibition space, as the entire region fits into the shopping basket here. Sample, inform, celebrate – this is the "fair for connoisseurs" in Oberwart. Juicy bacon from the local farm shop meets exclusive caviar from the neighboring town in the Oberwart exhibition hall, while homemade jam shares the shelf with crackling lard and cottage cheese from the farm. The Genuss Burgenland has always offered a variety as diverse as the taste buds on the tongue. More than 130 exhibitors are waiting with delicacies, handicrafts, and other homemade products, thus highlighting the monopoly position of this popular fair for connoisseurs year after year.
