Ursli Pfister in: Peggy March, Mrs. Huggenberger and Me

Ursli Pfister, also known as Christoph Marti, spent his childhood and youth in Switzerland during the 1970s. His program about Peggy March reflects this era. The American Peggy March was one of the most successful pop singers in the German-speaking world between 1965 and 1980. Even though many today may furrow their brows because they can't immediately recall her name, as soon as "Carnaby Street" or "Memories of Heidelberg" is played, a spark of recognition lights up their faces. She accompanied an entire generation from childhood into adulthood.

Christoph Marti takes us back to this time with stories from his childhood and the songs of Peggy March. We will get to know Mrs. Huggenberger and will be surprised to find that we can sing along with so many songs word for word.
