Monti Beton - BLUES NIGHT

The Vienna cult band first presented this program in 2018 at the "Vienna Blues Spring." The audience's feedback was overwhelming, and they wanted more. How did this program actually come about? Thomas & Toni didn't have to research for long to create a unique mix of songs. Blues gods like Robert Johnson and Elmore James are just as represented as John Lee Hooker and Muddy Waters. Many of their compositions were later interpreted by other great artists, such as Elvis, Eric Clapton, the Beatles, and the Stones. However, other gems of blues history remain available or known only to purists. MONTI BETON once again spans a colorful and representative arc over the roots and origins of the blues during this concert evening, of course with fitting background stories and witty remarks.
