Javus Quartet - Featured Artist 2025/26

An "extremely dynamic, perfectly coordinated ensemble at eye level" was awarded the Hans Gál Prize in 2022. The euphoric praise comes from the distinguished jury. In spring 2026, the Salzburg Javus Quartet will focus on compositions by Haydn, Schulhoff, and Tchaikovsky. It invites audiences to discover the fresh sound world of the string quartet and to be swept away by their passion for chamber music – an evening full of musical emotions, both for classical music lovers and for young listeners.
