We practice in a small group, and you will receive individual attention - I will guide you step by step to greater flexibility and holistic well-being.
The mindful practice of Hatha Yoga promotes inner peace, stabilizes circulation, and has been proven to improve sleep quality.
For beginners to advanced: Everyone is welcome in my course.
