With Martha, you will explore the fascinating karst landscape of Dachstein Krippenstein on this guided snowshoe hike, almost effortlessly.

Characteristics of the snowshoe hike: You should allow about 5 hours for the snowshoe hike, of which you can expect 3 - 3.5 hours of pure walking time with approximately 400 meters of elevation gain.

This winter activity can also be mastered by individuals with little or no experience with snowshoes.

The right equipment for your winter activity: sturdy hiking boots, snowshoes, telescopic or ski poles, backpack, thermos with hot drink, snack, warm clothing: ski underwear, ski socks, fleece pullover, softshell jacket, warm (Goretex) jacket, warm outdoor pants (no cotton pants), hat, gloves, sunglasses, and sunscreen (some items can be rented for a fee).

The guided snowshoe tour at Dachstein Krippenstein takes place on scheduled dates and upon request.

Meeting point: 09:30 AM at the valley station of the Dachstein Krippenstein cable car in the ticket area. Duration until 3:30 PM, followed by free time.
