Choir Herman: Very Even

In autumn 2024, the vocal group Hermann will release their 5th studio album, SEHR SOGAR, and present it as part of a large tour across Austria. The number of stories, moments of happiness, and larger and smaller disasters behind this sober reporting can best be guessed when one watches the gentlemen as they take the stage, sing their hearts out, share their feelings, and let their emotions flow freely. SEHR SOGAR is about joy of life, being in the moment, and celebrating the beautiful things; it aims to inspire courage and help to at least momentarily forget everyday worries. However, SEHR SOGAR also means witnessing the Hermänner grow older and experiencing the struggles of privileged thirty-somethings. Above all, SEHR SOGAR is music that is as colorful, cheeky, loving, and cool as the vocal group Hermann itself, sometimes hip hop, sometimes schlager, or even grand pop, sometimes loud, sometimes gentle, very diverse, yet ultimately appearing as a cohesive whole. In short: They have given it their all; it was enough for a second Amadeus nomination. SEHR SOGAR.
