Stipsits & Band – Austropop Lives! - Intermezzo

Legendary. No word better captures what has been happening in the Austrian music scene since the 70s, and few people embody this attribute as well as the multi-talented Thomas Stipsits. Alongside his successful careers as a cabaret artist, crime and screenwriter, actor, and director, he is currently dedicating himself with his band to his true passion – Austropop. The band first got a taste of it at handpicked concerts in the Orpheum Vienna, just before rocking the sold-out Ernst Happel Stadium in July 2025 as the support act for Seiler & Speer. Now, the high mass is being celebrated in full swing and with a lot of humor at the Vienna State Opera. Austropop lives. Legendary.
