In this gentle yoga course, you will strengthen your back, mobilize your (thoracic) spine, and promote an upright posture.
You will train not only your balance but also your concentration.
Through breathing and meditation exercises, you will learn to calm your nervous system and deeply relax.
(Hormonal) mood swings can be balanced, and the challenges of everyday life can be managed with more ease.
A regular practice leads to a refined body awareness and greater mindfulness.
Stress-related illnesses (cardiovascular issues, back and headaches, sleep disorders, etc.) can be prevented, and stress resilience can be increased.
