Rolf Miller - Wenn nicht wann, dann jetzt!

Rolf Miller's 8th programme! With "Kein Grund zur Veranlassung" and "Tatsachen" at the latest, the brilliant satirist achieves his final breakthrough - with "Primär" and "Obacht" he is not only able to pick up where he left off, but reach even more audiences - and with "Wenn nicht wann, dann jetzt" Rolf Miller will certainly manage one thing again: elegantly stumbling around the elephant in the room. Because that is his character: as stubborn as a sack of cement - which can only be allowed thanks to his humour. As always, the comedian stoically plays the rock in the surf, who looks away with confidence, says everything about important topics and guarantees nothing; and of course notices everything, except his own failure. The more everything collapses around him, the more we can't believe how this rooster doesn't notice what's going on. "He just doesn't notice", we would say in real life. Fortunately, this homicidal vehicle remains on a stage. "Contrary fascination" is what Roger Willemsen once said about it: the viewer can look down when he sees the jungle camp and therefore enjoy himself. Contrary to the perpetrator. Miller, however, succeeds in the "narrow balancing act", as he would call it incorrectly; presenting his character on the one hand, but also mirroring in it our own failure on the other; fortunately with his registers of barely exaggerated satire, with precisely the lightness that we know from him - and therefore don't even notice right away how he at least stuns the elephant: "...if not when, uh then ...now...so uh... from the thing...practically...". It is not enough not to have thoughts, one must also be incapable of expressing them Part 8!!!!
