About Sinah: She originally comes from an athletics background, where she discovered her love of surfing as a teenager. She then took up yoga for fun and quickly realised the benefits of combining the two. She wants to share this wonderful experience with us and teaches us the necessary fitness and technique for surfing and various summer sports. Everyone is welcome here!
