TOURDATA
Kaiser Franz Josefstr. 27, 5640 Bad Gastein
In the camp, you can expect a guided trail running tour with certified guides every day, where we specifically train uphill, downhill, and pole techniques. Additionally, there will be practical tips for trail running—both for recreational runners and in competitions—as well as solid theoretical input, sessions for active recovery, and the opportunity to try out test equipment on-site.
Another focus is on learning together in the community: we share experiences, support each other, and enjoy the sport as a group.
