Summer Delight Tour - at the Organic Berry Garden Hummel

A reason to celebrate: For 40 years, organic berries such as raspberries, blueberries, golden berries (physalis), goji berries, currants (ribisel), table grapes (wine "berries"), and the unique Weinviertel kiwi have been ripening in the garden of the Hummel family, located in the beautiful Weinviertel region. The fully ripe organic berries are carefully hand-picked and processed into high-quality delicacies, such as dessert wines, liqueurs, spirits, or vinegars. Berry compotes, jams, and chocolates continually evoke memories of last summer. The berries also pair exceptionally well with unusual flavor partners like onion, mustard, or honey.

Lecture on the organic production of berry fruits with guided product tasting, field tour with audio guide explanations

Tasting & Sales:
Organic berry products and a diverse range of organic products from other producers in the farm shop

Lunch (traditional farm festival roast pork, vegetarian delicacies) followed by a heuriger operation
