Summer Delight Tour - at the Bubenicek Meiberger Organic Farm

The organic farm Bubenicek Meiberger is located in Zwerndorf, on the eastern edge of the fertile Marchfeld region. As a family business, they have been growing organic vegetables both in open fields and in ecologically heated greenhouses since 2002. The organic vegetables are not only available as fresh produce – extended seasonally – but also in the form of pickled specialties: sweet-sour gherkins, mustard pickles, spicy gherkins, chili peppers, red beets, celery-carrot salad, corn, colorful bell peppers, etc.

Particularly the sweet-sour gherkins, pickled according to a Bohemian recipe from their Czech ancestors, have become well-known not only regionally but also beyond the national borders.

Visit to the greenhouses and the processing room for pickled vegetables, followed by a tasting.

Tasting and Sale:
Organic fruit vegetables from the greenhouse and pickled products.
