The basic course provides the fundamentals of yoga practice: it is aimed at individuals with no prior knowledge and anyone looking to refresh their practice after a break. Yoga exercises enhance awareness and focus on breathing. Yoga promotes flexibility, strength, endurance, and helps to perceive one's own body more intensely.
Content: Simple movements (asanas) while standing, lying down, and sitting. Pranayama (breathing exercises), breath observation up to complete yogic breathing. Yoga is based on a holistic approach; the exercises enhance awareness and focus on breathing. Yoga promotes flexibility, strength, endurance, and helps to perceive one's own body (again) more intensely.
The basic course provides the fundamentals of yoga practice: the offering is aimed at beginners with no prior knowledge and anyone who would like to refresh their practice after a long break.

Content:
• Simple movements (asanas) while standing, lying down, and sitting.
• Pranayama (breathing exercises), breath control, breath observation up to complete yogic breathing.
• Through relaxation, we achieve regeneration and revitalization and can relieve stress-related tensions.
