What is Health Walking©? Health Walking© is a gentle method to get moving again while gaining strength, endurance, coordination, and mental resilience. The distance covered is 6 km. What are the physical requirements? You should be able to maintain a walking speed of 4-5 km per hour and have the stamina for a 2-hour hike. We will not be walking continuously; there will also be times when you can engage with a different theme at each session according to the concept of Health Walking©. Is there an age limit? - The program is suitable for all untrained adults and "hiking returnees" who want to do something good for themselves. You should clarify any health issues before registering.
