Prussian Wild - True Hunter's Tales with Menu

A culinary and exclusive evening dedicated to the art of hunting. Hunting has a long tradition among the Hohenzollerns - as it does with nearly all noble families. Almost all monarchs had a fondness for the art of hunting. Hunting motifs, such as the Bracke (a type of hound), testify to the noble privilege of hunting and can also be found on historical menus. This evening is dedicated to the culinary aspects of hunting. And fitting with each course, hunting stories and anecdotes will be shared.

- Wild game broth with homemade wild game dumplings
- Venison steak with walnut-cranberry crust, pumpkin-potato puree & romanesco
- Chocolate soufflé with Williams pear & walnut ice cream

The evening will be musically accompanied by Michael Sisto, guitar and vocals.

Schedule:
- 5:30 PM: Shuttle from the parking lot to Adlertor
- 6:00 PM: 3-course menu at the castle restaurant including a welcome pilsner
- 8:30 PM: Shuttle from Adlertor back to the parking lot

Price: 89.00 euros per person including shuttle, welcome pilsner, 3-course menu, storytelling entertainment, and live music - plus drinks.
