40 Years of the Chefs' Club - Food Festival

The Club of Chefs is celebrating its 40th birthday with a grand 10-course flying dinner, prepared by various chefs from the region. The Southern Black Forest Cooking Club is a passionate community of professional chefs and gourmets who focus on the culinary traditions and specialties of the area. Founded by individuals with a deep connection to the region and its unique cuisine, the club brings together a diverse group of members from various gastronomic backgrounds.

On October 11, the Club of Chefs will celebrate its 40th birthday with a 10-course menu at the Wehratalhalle. Start: 6 PM. You can expect 10 different stations, each prepared by different chefs from the region. The live band "Dorfbewohner" from Bernau and DJ DADAB will provide the music. Tickets are available only in advance at the participating establishments.

The club maintains a close connection to local products and ingredients that thrive in the Black Forest. The focus is not only on traditional Black Forest dishes but also on innovative preparation methods that combine modern influences with regional flavors. The Southern Black Forest Cooking Club is a place where recipes, knowledge, and experiences are exchanged – both in the formal setting of events and during social gatherings and shared dinners.
