Slow walking through the forest with light sensory exercises (seeing, hearing, smelling, feeling), while relaxing, breathing deeply, experiencing new things, and simply (being) oneself. Through the light sensory exercises and the slowness, we perceive the Lauffener Kaywald and nature more mindfully. We can breathe out, take deep breaths, become freer, and also reduce stress. Exercises from Qi Gong and Indian Balance enhance deep breathing, which helps to absorb the healthy forest air. Included services: Guided tour. Further notes: Participation is only for adults. Weather-appropriate, warm clothing and sturdy footwear are required. Please bring something to drink. Limited number of participants. Meeting point: Substation Lauffen, Im Bühl 122 at 9:45 AM!
