Cheese-Making Workshop for Adults
Natural, flavorful, and homemade: In this workshop, participants **make their own cheese**. Homemade cheese-making is a tradition dating back thousands of years and still offers a wide range of opportunities for processing your own food. Under the guidance of museum staff member Berit Hohenstein-Rothinger, participants will learn step by step the practical production, care, and aging of hard and soft cheeses.
***Cost per person: €100, including materials
***The course fee includes museum admission and parking.
