Treat yourself to a rejuvenating break for body, mind, and soul. In this inspiring workshop, you will immerse yourself in the philosophy and holistic lifestyle of yoga. You will become aware of the fundamentals of being and feel how movement, breath, and mindfulness work together to enhance your well-being. You will experience how Hatha Yoga—combined with elements of mindfulness (MBSR – Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction)—supports you in regaining balance, relaxing, and drawing new strength. Through mindful movements, conscious breathing, and guided relaxation exercises, you will discover how yoga can help reduce stress, find calmness and inner peace, and anchor yourself in the present moment. At the same time, the practice promotes your flexibility, posture, and energy, strengthens the immune system, improves concentration, and can contribute to better sleep. This workshop is ideal for people who want to get to know yoga or rediscover it for themselves. No prior knowledge is required—just openness, curiosity, and the desire to do something good for yourself. Please bring a yoga mat, a shatterproof water bottle, and a blanket for covering during the relaxation sessions.
