Do you want to expand your skills and become more creative with preserving? Birgit will show you how to develop your own recipes and try out new combinations – both with vegetables and fruits, but far from classic jams. You will experiment with different varieties and spices, working to harmonize flavor, texture, and shelf life. This will result in unique specialties that enrich your pantry and reflect your personal style. You will implement the individual steps directly and, of course, take your homemade creations home with you.

Ideal for anyone who already has some experience with preserving and wants to discover new possibilities.
