Invitation to a relaxing walk that allows body and mind to unwind. Between soft forest paths, fresh air, and the scent of moss and spruce trees, we discover the soothing power of conscious breathing. Join us on a relaxing walk to Kaibenfelsen and back via Kirchgrund, where we will consciously focus on our bodies and breathing. Along the way, gentle breathing and awareness exercises will guide us through the route, inviting us to leave everyday life behind and consciously connect with nature. Participants will learn to perceive their own breathing as a source of strength and to feel the energy of the moment. The exercises promote relaxation, inner peace, and increased awareness of your own body, while the fresh air and surroundings of the Hotzenwald forest provide additional well-being. The route is easy to manage and is aimed at anyone who wants to treat themselves to a little time out, regardless of age or physical fitness. It offers an ideal opportunity to combine exercise, nature, and mindfulness. Along the way, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the view, take in the surroundings, and absorb the tranquility of the forest. The meeting point is at Kaisermatte near the Mutter car dealership, while parking is available at the Hotzenwaldhalle, where the tour also ends. The event starts at 5 p.m. In case of bad weather, the alternative date is Friday, June 19.
