Tea and Herb Day

Treat yourself to a break and dive into the colorful world of tea together with Gerda Holzmann, a certified wild herb guide and biologist. Tea brings color, fragrance, and a variety of flavors into your everyday life and invites you to consciously enjoy small moments of tranquility.

Together, you will discover the native herbs of the Waldviertel region, experience them with all your senses, and learn how to create perfectly balanced teas of the highest quality from leaves, flowers, spices, and fruits. Gerda will show you what to pay attention to when foraging, drying, and preparing herbs, as well as how to harmoniously combine your own herbal blends.

Outside, you will explore the diversity of plants on a herbal walk, while inside you will taste, mix, sample, and discuss. You will not only take home valuable tips for your own use, but also a fine sense of good tea quality and a new connection with the herbs of the region.

After this varied, fragrant day in the seminar room "Weitblick" at the SONNENTOR City Lofts, you will return home as an enthusiastic tea connoisseur – and with a strong desire to continue your own tea rituals.
