Enjoyment tour through the mountain cheese dairy Schoppernau. This event offers insights into the production of mountain cheese in the Bregenzerwald. High-quality mountain cheese is made here from fresh hay milk. A short film, various tastings - from buttermilk and whey to mountain cheese and Gsig - as well as the opportunity to shake butter together. Afterwards, there is the possibility to visit a farm at 6:00 PM and participate in milking. Registration by 5:00 PM the day before at the mountain cheese dairy, T +43 5515 30151. Price per adult: € 12.00.
