Wild hedgerow fruits

We get to know the hedgerow fruits in all their diversity: we experience and enjoy wild hedgerow fruits and delve into their medicinal applications and culinary preparations in theory and practice. Since time immemorial, wild herbs have held special significance for life – sometimes even for survival. In the seasonal workshops of this series, Gyda Rupprecht provides insights into how wild herbs were used in the past and what culinary and folk medicinal treasures they still hold today. Selected examples will be implemented.
