The menopause is a special phase of life in which the body changes and new needs arise. Do you want to feel vital and balanced during this time? The choice of food plays an important role during menopause – it can have a preventive effect and can also be an effective approach to alleviate discomfort and symptoms associated with menopause. It can help, among other things, to reduce hot flashes, balance inner restlessness, lift mood during depressive episodes, and promote better sleep. Additionally, an adapted diet helps to avoid weight gain, which is often common during this life phase. Therefore, conscious eating may be the most important preventive measure to positively shape the course of menopause and prevent declining performance and quality of life.
