Do you rarely take time for yourself in your daily life? Do you feel like time just slips away alongside work, family, and other commitments? Treat yourself to a break and dedicate an afternoon solely to your well-being! In our course, we offer you a valuable opportunity to find peace, relax your body and mind, and do something good for yourself. This afternoon, we will consciously take time to reduce stress, practice mindfulness, and focus on what truly matters. In a psychological session, you will learn how to better cope with stressful situations and how mindfulness can help you integrate more calmness and balance into your daily life. In the following, decelerating yoga session, you will discover how gentle exercises, specifically designed for beginners, can help align your body and mind. Movement in harmony with your breath will help clear your mind and revitalize your body. To conclude, we will focus on the theme of "mindful eating" in a cooking session. You will learn how conscious nutrition can not only nourish your body but also enhance your inner well-being. Together, we will prepare light and energizing meals that you can enjoy at your leisure.
