Cabbage is one of the few types of vegetables that can be harvested year-round in its various forms. But when do the planting and harvesting of the different varieties take place? How does Brussels sprouts thrive, and how is kale harvested? These and other questions will be thoroughly answered during the cabbage tour at Hagedorn Farm. The tour begins with a reception at the farm, followed by a bike ride to the cabbage fields. Alternatively, arrival by car is possible. The tour concludes with a laid table at the farm, where cabbage takes center stage. Interested individuals can register via the farm's contact form.
