Cabbage is one of the few types of vegetables that can be harvested in its various forms almost year-round. But when do the planting and harvesting of the different cabbage varieties take place? How does Brussels sprout thrive, and how is kale harvested? These and other questions will be thoroughly answered during the Cabbage Tour at Hagedorn Farm. The tour begins with a reception at the farm, followed by a bike ride to the cabbage fields. It concludes with a laid table where cabbage takes center stage.
