Sovereignty in challenging situations is essential for professionals in customer contact. This workshop provides practical techniques to respond professionally to difficult situations in everyday work. Participants will learn to recognize conflicts early and defuse them non-violently. An experienced coach will guide them through methods such as active listening and empathetic communication to effectively manage conflicts. The handling of aggression and verbal violence will be addressed, as well as strategies for conflict resolution and mediation. Self-reflection and stress management are also key components of the training. This workshop offers the opportunity to strengthen one's communication skills and become more confident in dealing with difficult situations.
