The perfect spring cure: A green "Neune" soup! Even Goethe and Humboldt are said to have sworn by this invigorating dish. The expression "Ach du grüne Neune!" originates from this wild herb soup, which consists of nine herbs that spring has to offer. Together with herbal educator Britt Muschert from Hollerhof Dahnsdorf, the first fresh greens are collected on a walk around Raben. The herbal expert shares fascinating insights about the plants along the way. Back at the nature park center, a delicious "Grüne Neune Suppe" is prepared from the healthy wild herbs. Our ancestors already knew about the healthy, healing, secondary plant compounds. And everyone gets to taste how delicious it is! Registration is required by March 16.
