The state bath Vital Center in Bad Salzuflen presents the program "Active in Winter" from November to March, which includes a variety of movement offerings. A central element is the "Activating Gymnastics," which takes place on Wednesdays. This gymnastics aims to mobilize, stretch, and strengthen the body from head to toe through varied exercises with and without small equipment. The fascia are engaged in a natural way, leading to an increased sense of well-being that lasts throughout the day. The event takes place in the gymnastics hall at Gesundwerk Bad Salzuflen. Please note that no courses will be offered on public holidays and during the period from December 22, 2025, to January 2, 2026.
